Orders are fulfilled and shipped in the order they were received, Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours from the order date (hopefully less!). Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If your order has been flagged in our system as “high risk” fraud, you may be asked for purchase verification and your order processing may be delayed additional business days. If no response has been made within 2 weeks, the order will be cancelled.

Orders with out of stock item(s) will receive a store credit in place of out of stock item, so that the package can be shipped the same day.

Guilty Love Club does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Damaged packages, upon delivery, require a claim to the carrier as we are not liable for damaged packages.

Return to Sender Packages: If your package is returned to our warehouse, we will contact the receiver if they would like the package to be sent out again (Shipping will have to be paid for again). If there is no reply for 2 weeks, the order will be cancelled and a 10% restocking fee, as well as the shipping, will be deducted from the refund.

**Economy shipping is a USPS First Class Package. It includes zero insurance and Guilty Love Club is not liable for lost, stolen or marked as delivered packages. 

***Delivery may vary depending on local postal service, customs, etc. Guilty Love Club is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
